SAFE-WAY GARAGE DOORS ANNOUNCES
Safe-Way Garage Doors is pleased to announce reduced lead-times for all Safe-Way customers! Due to significant improvements in order handling and operational efficiency, Safe-Way Garage Doors has reduced lead-times to 7-days from your next delivery’s load date.
Although we know this goes above and beyond industry lead-time norms, even before the pandemic, we feel this change gives our customers an advantage in their markets. In the spirit of our commitment to always helping our customers grow and thrive in their markets, any advantage we can extend – we will! This lead-time reduction will take affect April 11, 2023.
The following are affected by the lead-time reduction:
- All Ambient Series Models and colors – 7 calendar days
- [from your next delivery load date]
- All Regency Series Models and colors – 7 calendar days
- [from your next delivery load date]
- All Deluxe Series Models and colors, excluding black – 7 calendar days
- [from your next delivery load date]
- All Choice Series Models and colors– 7 calendar days
- [from your next delivery load date]
Select models and options will require additional lead-time. Aristocrat Series and Ventana Series lead-times remain unchanged from our announcement in January. Standard options in these models remain 3 weeks from your next delivery load date. Specialty options, powder coat colors or specialty configurations may require additional lead-time. Garage doors ordered with lites require additional lead-time.
Please note: lead-times may extend beyond seven days, depending on when the order is placed in conjunction with when your deliveries are loaded and scheduled for shipment. Exceptionally large orders may require additional lead-time. Contact your Customer Care Representative for full details.
